Hole Puncher Manufacturing Project

Project Overview
In this project, I was tasked with designing and fabricating a fully functional hole puncher from scratch while adhering to specified engineering parameters and tolerances.

Process

• Interpreted and applied engineering drawings to guide fabrication

• Machined the handle and punching rod using a lathe

• Operated a milling machine to produce the main body

• Used a sheet metal bending machine to construct the waste container

Results

• Produced a working hole puncher that successfully passed quality control inspection

• Gained hands-on experience in precision machining and manufacturing processes
